Does valorant even punish people for throwing games?? I just had a thrower and I reported him but at the same time I was saying mean things towards him for “throwing” and riot expects me not to get mad when someone throws and punishes me with a chat ban while the thrower doesn’t get any ban how tf is this fair

Has anyone been super laggy ever since the update like my character is teleporting and switching guns randomly once I get over 25 ping if not is there a way to fix it
