That is quite weird... Are your graphic driver fully updated as well? If it is and that uninstall didn't fix anything... I think your best bet is to contact riot support here: https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/

Uh
So, the kill card at the top of the match says that you were headshot.
I am guessing you were hit in the body and then hit in the head. This is consistant with the phantoms dmg. This just might be a visual error for consoles :)!
