Game Crashing in loading screen or agent select
has anyone had this problem? my game always crashes trying to load into a unrated game sometimes i can get into the agent select but once i lock in my agent it freezes and i have to close it. Has anyone experienced this problem? if so how did you fix it.

Game crashing before entering a game
my game always crashes before i can load into the game sometimes i can select my agent but when i lock the agen my game freezes and i have to close valorant ive tried lowering graphics and settings ive deleted the game but i still keep crashing my pc can play other games like fortnite and cs2 without crashing once im so confused.
