Update email of existing user entry that was created initially by verifyPhoneNumber API
Otherwise, I will override and check if there is an ongoing session (if the sessionToken cookie exists) then delete the newly created session and user entry then manually update the existing user entry

I also am using bearer() and jwt() plugin so getting the session manually doesnt actually get me the cookie I need

what tables are a must for better auth to work
session table i believe is one of the most critical tables to have. maybe manage by logging users out if idle to remove session if you really need to save costs
