why does my mouse do this
in the clip, i am doing full 180 turns. however, if i flick too fast, the camera resists

I use rawacel at 1100 polling rate with custom acceleration, can provide if necessary

Anyone know why this is happening?
Whenever I flick too fast, something prevents my camera from going in that direction. You can see it happen twice in the clip where I try to do a 180 flick but end up only doing 90 degrees before something resists and prevents the full rotation
