well what confuses me the most is that when i use
grid-template-columns: 1fr 2rem 1fr;
grid-template-rows: 1fr 2rem auto 2rem 1fr;
auto for in between elements everything falls into place but when using 1fr even if i explicitly define the middle elements to span the rows it didn't thats what is confusing me35 replies

i checked it and found a patter when clicking on close button or using esc margin on dialog is not reset but when clicking on overlay margin-block is getting 0
