why on earth cant i uninstall, im trying to reinstall it because it has a serious memory leak and using 8-10gb of ram when running. please help because i want this damn program off my pc and i cant do anything about it

if though doth insist:
every time i try to open val after a short while on the loading screen it just transitions to a black screen and then sits like that forever, tried restarting my pc to no avail

help im going insane.
ive been playing val for about 3 years now and all i want is the prime karambit, and i havent ever gotten it in my shop ;-;
riot if you like money just put it in my shop because i would buy it on the spot i know you're probably just a discord mod reading this and cant do anything about it but i need to vent and feel heard because valorant is the only tjing that matters in my life i want the prime karambit i need the prime karambit to live please IM BEGGING YOU (fr tho it feels like my game is glitched or smth bc its kinda weird how i havent got it yet)
