I setup cloudflare https for my domain and now subdomains are not working

I set cloudflare up for https://litellm.ai but now using https://anything.litellm.ai is failing - I can confirm https://litellm.ai still works for me though (this was working before) how do i fix it ?

What's the easisest / fastest way to trigger my railway app to re-deploy ? It's connected to a docker image and ideally I want it to to re-deploy on all new docker images
