False ban?
I woke up went to go on valorant but it said, val error code 152. I was confused so I went to get support via discord. They said I was banned but I couln't believe it, so i contacted the riot support team. They said there was use of 3rd party applications which I had no knowledge of! The only thing I think it could be is "true stretched" which essentially stretches ur valorant via nvidia control panel. I don't believe it is bannable! I hope u guys see this and consider unbanning or shorting my ban time!

valorant wont launch
whenever i luanch valorant it says Valorant has encountered a connection, error code 152. please help
