Recover from 2 Factor Authentication Of my paid account

I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to seek assistance with an issue concerning my domain, which I have registered through your service. Recently, I encountered a problem where this domain points to a non-existent address. Additionally, due to a reset of my mobile device, the Microsoft Authenticator linked to my account was inadvertently deleted.
Under the circumstances, I kindly request the removal of the two-factor authentication from my account to regain access.
I have committed to this domain with a 10-year registration, and it is crucial for my official use. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and assistance in recovering access to my account and domain.
