Fetching assets in Chrome sometimes results in a long "pending" time before transfer starts
I had a quick look inside of Wireshark but couldn't see much since all the communication is happening via QUIC

In Firefox, it seems that issue may not be happening, although there I see a
NS_BINDING_ABORTED warning/error in the network tab. Not sure if this is related with the current error4 replies
