1 . I used the AWS EC2 devcontainer template to create a workspace
2. in my newly created workspace, it showed that I do not have docker installed.
3. then I tried $sudo apt install docker
4. but it prompted me for password of user coder -> I do not know the password

aws ec2 is always auto started after coder workspace is stopped.
I am trying to reproduce the same scenario but the auto starting up is not happening today, very odd. let me observe and try again later today

the only workaround right now:
workspace will stop if I stop ec2 instance from AWS management console, not in Coder server web UI.
otherwise, if I stop workspace from coder server, ec2 will somehow start it up again in an hour. any suggest? pls help
