Cores or Clock speed?
From what I've heard, valorant relies heavily on the cpu and I was wondering if more cores or more speed is beneficial for the most amount of fps.

why is my in-game chat delayed?
I have really good wifi and the game shows ~20 ping, though when I type a message it takes a 10-30 seconds to post.
