Update I have reset bios by taking out cmos battery for short period now computer running fine again going to try do secure boot stuffs now

My pc is bugged after turning it on i cant get into bios lan cable wont connect keep getting black screens and have to wait 5 minutes before i can open any apps 😭

I have turned it off and then turned on setup mode but when i save and come back into bios after restart to turn on secure boot it just has csm on still
