Switch to Bazzite as primary OS (on dual boot)
Ended up using macrium reflect on windows, cleaning the old ssd, copying the necessary partitions from the good ssd to the bad one, wiping the good one and reinstalling bazzite on the good ssd. Tried using AOMEI partition assitant and just move the OS but windows had some corrupted files that made that impossible. This was the best/ only way I could make this work.

This helps a lot, I think I will use GParted to clone the windows partition into the old ssd and just install linux from scratch in the good one. Thanks for the recommendation! will try it and share my results
