error NETSDK1127 The targeting pack Microsoft.NETCore.App is not installed.
Hi, we recently started seeing this error in our CI pipeline without any build configuration changes... Can't seem to find any information about it online, and the error code doesn't seem to be documented at learn.microsoft.com either...

Was wondering if this sounded familiar to anyone else or if anyone else has seen this and had any suggestions on how we can resolve this? It's blocking us from being able to ship an update to the Windows Community Toolkit. Project issue tracking it here: https://github.com/CommunityToolkit/ColorCode-Universal/issues/28 Thanks!
