It's a total lack of respect and responsibility on the part of the staff. Responding this way to players shows they aren't even open to dialogue or the possibility of improvement. Even worse is treating everyone as guilty without real evidence or individual review. That's not moderation, it's authoritarianism in disguise.
The fact that:
They ignore legitimate appeals,
They use insults or generalizations like "you exploiters,"
They blame players for glitches in a system that clearly doesn't work...
All of this completely justifies the community's anger. What's more, if moderators mock or attack players, they would be violating Discord's own community rules and even Roblox's own rules.
Aside from that, it makes sense and is totally valid, and it's necessary to report it if you want things to change in combat. The game is monetizing with Robux, and it has direct responsibility to Roblox and the combat warriors community. What I'm saying, in general, is serious.
Aside from these, these are the reasons I've been investigating over the last few days. I've dug deeper to extract useful data.
Number 1:
Abusive and lax moderation.
Number 2:
Faulty anti-cheat system.
Number 3:
Unfair mass bans without review (they banned around 400 players).
Number 4:
They ignore the community, mock, and don't listen.
Number 5:
Poor management of funds (selling content with possible copyright).
Number 6:
Servers full of hacks/exploiters with no real oversight.
This isn't a simple bug. It's a systematic failure that harms legitimate players... and can be reported for fraud, just like cheating and hacking.

THIS MESSAGE IS FOR MORE PEOPLE WHO LOST THEIR ACCOUNTS UNFAIRLY.
Hello everyone, I know this post might surprise some of you, but personally, I want some of you to join me in reporting the game for scams.
There are not only players using cheats, but also hackers. I'm saying this because I started investigating and decided to create a new account within Roblox, and I saw even more hackers and people using cheats in beginner servers — using auto parries, running fast, jumping high without using the actual super jump (are those cheats?), among other things.
I also saw and confirmed that the game system itself is quite broken. I'm talking about the auto parries, super jumps, abrupt movements, and flying characters. On top of that, there are many videos out there showing how to use cheats and hacks.
Thanks to those people and those videos, now there are more players using cheats or hacks than before.
And if you think about it, cheaters or hackers never get hit by the anti-cheat system. But when it comes to regular players (I mean those who don’t use cheats or hacks), the anti-cheat affects us a lot — and I include myself in that.
The moderators call the banned players “the problem” and say things like:
“Our anti-cheat system isn’t the issue, YOU are the problem,”
“You banned people deserve it.”
Give me your opinions, I accept criticism, as well as positive ones.
I will be attentive to your messages.
