havent played in a week and got a ban for 12 days??????? im comp banned and chat banned... idk what to do wtf

afk ban cuz of swiftplay
my pc was having some issues and it crashed when i q'd swiftplay, i have fixed all the issues now and i have no crashes, but i've got a ban for 24 hours now just because of swiftplay> Is there a way that ban can be removed? I really wanted to play comp because i was doing really good in tdm and my pc is finally fixed now.
