How much does your rank get reset in the beginning of each episode?
How much is the soft reset on your competitive rank at the beginning of each new episode?

How do I get better teammates?
I'm silver, but I get put in bronze or iron lobbies sometimes. I know your teammates and lobbies are dependent on two things, your rank and hidden mmr. I know that both of which is increased by winning, but I can't win, some of my matches I get put with terrible teammates who lock duelist but don't fulfill their role as a duelist.
