Does Mojo support fast-math flags?

E.g. -fno-signed-zeros brings a 20% speedup in our DSP kernel as of now.

Does Mojo support fast-math flags?

Is there more work planned on that end, enabling more flags by default in Mojo or allowing users to explicitly set those flags?
