It is hard to try it on your Immich instance. As I remember you need (1) to modify docker-compose.yml (see PR). Since hardware acceleration is disabled by default, you (2) will need also to pull the web image to change this setting

Failed jobs
I also faced with failed jobs badges. After inspecting code and logs I have come to conclusion that failed jobs are left in redis forever.
I would suggest to recreate redis container and rerun jobs for missing items again
