is the one special refund removed
I was trying to get a refund on my kuronami vandal that i bought recently and i upgraded it but I have a old Dell laptop many skins don't make the lag worse but the kuronami does by a lot idk why but yeah I was trying to get a refund and buy another skin but the guy who responded to my ticked said they removed the exception
