My headset is working everywhere besides in Valorant
Today is my birthday and I got a new headset (Razer Kraken V3 X). It is working perfectly fine on discord, spotify, youtube in my browser, etc. However, I can not hear any audio in Valorant. No voice-overs, steps, gunshots, nothing. I have selected the right inputs and the right outputs and it still doesn't work. I don't think it is a headset issue, I think it is a game issue. If someone could help me that would be greatly appriechiated.

packet loss since update
The previous days I've been getting up to 20% packet loss every time I load into a game and keeping it for the entire match. I peaked 36.000 total packets lost today. My PC worked perfectly fine the past 2-3 years so I don't think that it's an PC issue. If you have any idea how to fix packet loss in general though I'd appreciate if you drop it in here. Preferably something that doesn't cost money because my current situation is informally said shit and I don't have money to spend.
