I am trying to log into riot games and since I have 2 step verification on it sends me an email of a code to input. However I have gotten no email about logging in and press resent multiple times. What should I do now?

Multithreaded Rendering unavailable
CPU: Ryzen 5 5500U (6 cores 12 threads)
RAM: 16gb
GPU: Vega 7 (with 2gb vram)
My system meets the requirements for multithreaded rendering, but is not appearing in settings. I seem YouTube videos (with the same configuration) that has multithreaded rendering as an option. What should I do now?
