Update: somehow I fix it. I tried using my phone to act like ethernet using USB tethering and my game doesn't lag anymore. I still have the bad server ping but in game my ping is constantly at 60-80ms and idk why

I usually play in Singapore server since it has the best ping for me and other usually have like 100+ms, but today (few hour ago) suddenly all off the server even Singapore is 700+ms and yeah my lag got worse

Is 40 Mbps wifi bad to play valorant? My wifi is 10 Mbps when I started playing this game and the lag is not as bad as it is rn
