Due to pay as you go. So i need to prepare the max budget for 1 pro account per month, else my submission wont be approve by management.

How could I connect to external database safely?

Currently we are planning to host our api service on Railway. But we do have external data which need to connect to e.g. kafka, and MSSQL. How can we have private connectivity to our in house database?

Does Railway provide API key for security layer?

Understand that we can implement api key as well for our service layer, but it is little bit unfair when comes to ddos or anonymos attack from external. Our resource will by occupied. I am wondering is there any security layer which front our services?

does Railway has fixed Outgoing IP ?

I would like to request to 3rd party service but they require the ip whitelisting. I am wondering is there any fixed IP Range?
