Set up with Mailgun already functioning

Looking for instructions on how to set up Cloudflare DNS when Mailgun is being used? Couple Questions… 1. For Cloudflare I do I only need to put my A and CNAME records on Cloudflare? Using the free version for a basic set up. 2. Then I need to add MX & TXT records from my Mailgun account?

My package manager console show up as a normal tab and I would like it to dock back at the bottom. How do I get it to do this?
