Go Fest NY without an actual ticket

I didn't purchase an Event Ticket from Niantic to actual go to GO Fest, I have the Global Ticket, is it possible and reliable for me to Spoof to the NY Event without the actual ticket?

Is it safe to use my main account on PGsharp(mumu)?

I would like to use my main account on PGsharp on the MuMu browser, just so trades dont lower IV of traded mon, but I wouldnt care if I had to us an alt. So is it safe to do as long as I follow Time guidelines and whatnot? I would not even be using TP more than once or twice since Im just using it so hit up local areas since the heat is too unbearable.
