update: i misread your issue, sorry. The steps are still basically the same though, you just link google or something else to the riot account to which your ps account is currently linked, and once thats done you should be able to unlink the ps account from that riot account and then proceed to connect it to the other riot account

i believe that in order to link a differentt ps account to ur riot account u gotta link something else first, like google, facebook, apple or whatever else there is. Once you do that you should be able to disconnect ur ps account and link the other one that you want. The point is that you're always required to have at least one thing connected to riot at all times. This worked for me when i was switching my linked xbox account earlier. I had to link google or something else first before being able to disconnect it and connect a different one
