Can't Login on PGS
Try mumu player 6 I haven’t had luck using blue stacks and wait for and update past pgs1.158.0_0.319.0 current pgsharp is out of date compared to current Pokémon go app which could increase ban chance.

Shadow Ban???
Sounds like a first strike shadow ban that will last 7+ days , from my understanding the Pokémon go app was updated but the pgsharp app is not updated yet and Pokémon go can see that your using an outdated version.
