iCal (webcal://) does not doing a sync in outlook365

I have my .net core app, and my app generates a link using iCal.NET nuget, and initially it generates a url link, and initially when I put this link in my Calendar 365, I can see the items (events) but if I change simething in my .net core app calendar, that change does not reflects to my office 365 calendar. I added it as subscription. Any ides?
