Today I experienced a lot of sudden rise and fall problems. I still haven't been able to solve the problem at MS levels. Could undervolt overclocking the processor help?

I don't have any problems with network RTT, only my game to render latency and game latency(CPU) values are high.

I have a friend who has almost the same system, only her processor is r5 5600 and the ms values with the bots enabled are around 2.5-3 ms

Yes, I think your RAM is running at 3200 MHz at full performance. Turn on the xmp setting that I mentioned in the bios by watching videos on the internet and your FPS will increase.

Help with my settings
It may seem slow at first, but don't give up, you made the right decision to close it.

@PietroWhich brand and model of RAM are you using? When I looked at your screenshots, I noticed that your RAM speeds are low. I suggest you check how the XMP setting is turned on and turn it on. When you first buy a computer, the RAMs run at the base clock speed. For example, my RAM's speed was 3200 MHz, but when I first bought it, it was 2366 MHz. I turned on the XMP setting and changed it to 3200 MHz. This will also increase your FPS.

Generally, even though the ping is not high, the game stuttering or lag can be associated with Bufferbloat. This can actually be explained by the delay that occurs while the data is being exchanged on your internet infrastructure or provider.

The first thing that came to my mind was that there might be a Bufferbloat problem on your internet. Can you do this test?

Is there a solution? I used to get much lower MS levels during the match. It was around 3 and 4.

But it is not fixed. While the latency levels are in the match, the game to render and game latency ms values in the visual where the bots are open momentarily increase to 10 12 20, causing the game to slow down, freeze slightly and lose its fluidity.
