Email Routing Problems

Hello, i just bought a domain and followed a tutorial on how to set up a business email and connected it to my Gmail adress and everything worked perfectly. Until i got to the point where i had to verify the business email from my Gmail side of things. It was supposed to send the verification code to my business email which i set up that way so it would be redirected to my Gmail account but i didnt reseve anything. I tryed a couple of time and it didnt work. The cloudflare dashboard shows that it reseved the email and redirected it to my gmail but nothing came trough. Im pretty sure that my dns settings are not the problem and the redirection email is correct as well. So what can i do?
