Voice chat and friend list not working
So whenever I log into valorant my voice chat and text chat is disabled and I can't use my friends list. I have to use a vpn due to my school's firewall and I think that's why i have this problem. I use proton vpn and when I switch to an American server to get less lag it disables everything. Is there anyway to fix this

Riot client not connecting
So I've been having this problem for a while now where I try to open the valorant launcher but it tells me that the servers are updating and no matter what I try it doesn't work. I use proton VPN with my home Wi-fi and I've seen somewhere that riot doesn't like vpn's. Please help, I want to play the game lol
