i am trying to recover my account after my email getting hacked but they are asking me for paypal recipets and i dont have access to them because my dad bought them for me and im not in contact with him anymore. any help please?

ive made a ticket with a valorant support and ive not finished talking with them and ive gotten an email saying how was my ticket and wanting me to rate them 1 - 5. does that mean they closed the ticket?
