Valorant constantly resetting my settings

Everytime I open up valorant my full screen and graphics quality keep changing for some reason and I have to change it myself everytime. I don't know how they change by themselves how do I fix this? For example I want to stay on "Windows fullscreen" for display mode and all graphics quality settings on low. But everytime I open valorant for some reason they are always changed to "full screen" (for display mode) and all high graphics settings mode. Idk what to do or how to fix.

Valorant freezing my pc

Everytime I unfullscreen/alt tab out of valorant both my monitors freeze and I have to restart my pc. It always happens on the first start up after I restart my pc it allows me to alt tab/unfullscreen the game so I can go to other pages just fine. I've tried looking up solutions on reddit/google but nothing seems to be working. I heard this is a pretty common issue but I don't know how to solve it. Could I get some help please?
