Ive been dealing with this shitty issue 1-3 times per week for the past 2 years, everyone says do sc delete vgc and vgk but that only fixes it for 1 or 2 days. how the hell do i fix this spyware?

Crash
I switched gpus from a 7900xtx to a 4080 super and now my game crashes when i alt tab (not always) not sure if its the gpu or something else as i haven’t played this game in a while.
