I fixed it but there was most definitely an easier way. I dont know the easier way but i just factory reset my pc and its working now. maybe it was a virus, who knows

why can't i sign in
The second image looks like your internet provider blocked the website, while the first image is something I have had trouble with in the past. I don’t know a permanent solution but I do know that if you end the task (riot client) and reopen it and let it load, it tends to let you in
