Possible solution for 0.1kbs issue
this is just to provide information for those who face this issue
when i have this issue, click on repair when u do it will go to a fixed percentage and freeze then i would click cancel and repair again but this time it would be normal and pretty fast.
this trick has been working for me for like 2-3 acts and i thought i'd share it
P.S. repair installs the update since the update files get counted as missing files (well this is what i think anyways could be something else entirely)
