Should I ?
Should I buy the Perlude To Chaos Vandal because I just got it in the store but i already have Reaver in my collection. Should I buy it or no? I personally like the skin I just don't know if I should buy it or not.

Updates stuck on 0.1 Kbs
Updates gets stuck on 1 KB/s. If I stop the update and restart it again it works for some seconds then gets stuck again. Riot please fix this :(((
