I wasn't able to find anything from application logs, I need help in digging more in the logs to find more details why it is happening.

FYI: It is happening every two hours we have Frontend APP and backend API separate. Backend server is working fine, our FE server goes down every 2 hour as it seems.

No as we use redis for queuing and staging has separate instance.

Shall I share the project ID here ? and no I am not exactly sure if it happened during two active deployments, I am trying to reproduce but I remember it happened before on heroku and we had two dynos running which was causing it.
