i kicked a member from our premier team and were in elite 3, and i tried to invite him back in the same minute and it said hes outside our skill range

VAN RESTRICTION BUT ONLY ON A CERTAIN ACCOUNT?
when i go on my main i get this message when i launch which closes my game saying VAN: RESTRICTION, TPM initialization failure, but when i go on a different account i dont get this??
