Valorant still not working after PC Reset

My game worked fine until 3 weeks ago then it suddenly crashed.
I've tried alot of fixes from youtube etc. but none worked.
I took an old gaming laptop from my brother and i installed valorant on that one and i somehow got the same error like on my pc. Thats why i doubt it thats its something with my hardware
I have also done all the steps in the BIOS Setup but nothing worked

Your cooldown timer is set to location, which is wrong
Please change it to last action if you have premium

Can you send gifts other people ? To Confirm that you didnt get striked
