Cloudflare redirect - CSS, Images, JS not working after redirect

I am currently using it as SSG on cloudflare pages. I would assume this requires SSR? Maybe I could have an event on initial page load but then it would first load the page in German and then redirect to English as a second step, if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks, this is very helpful. I did set up a redirect language switched in Astro itself. This is the one that sets the cookie. My hope was that this cookie would be recognised and then redirect automatically if they visit again, to avoid confusion when they land on the locale they don't understand when they revisit. I will try to find a solution that works with your tips. Thanks again

Hi, so I used the redirect rules and it has the If Expression

(ip.geoip.country ne "DE" and not http.cookie contains "userLang=de" and not starts_with(http.request.uri.path, "/en"))

(ip.geoip.country ne "DE" and not http.cookie contains "userLang=de" and not starts_with(http.request.uri.path, "/en"))

and Then Expression Dynamic

concat("https://",http.host,"/en",http.request.uri.path)

concat("https://",http.host,"/en",http.request.uri.path)

and status code 302
