Unable to regenerate API key. Invalid password

I am setting up a connection between Cloudflare and Gridpane. When trying to view my Global API key, I get this error "Unable to regenerate API key. Invalid password". I tried resetting my account password. Logging out and logging back in. Then trying to use the exact same password I used to log in. I am still getting this error. Any ideas on how to remedy this?
