Yes, the 3D models count in the datamining category, that’s why it was flagged by the NE employee, that’s what I meant by atypical leaks. The official stuff we normally post here like magic pass, vanity and wheel outfit previews are made for that, I don’t understand why people are getting afraid and saying we can’t allow leaks anymore ?

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but there was never an official mention of potential lawsuit. As far as we know, a NE employee kindly asked the person who leaked unfinished content, which was a 3D rendering, to remove the post. It was a very atypical leak, and not official “game format” which I can understand why they asked for deletion of the post. I think people are overreacting a little bit here saying some people will get sued or are in legal danger. It was just a warning to not post unfinished content.
