Agreed. They simply can’t implement the Phoenix before doing the Black tapestry outfit, since Black won the contest and it was explicitly said only the top winner would be made into an outfit. I am certain the Phoenix outfit we will get will be different than the one designed by the player. :TrelawneyEyes:

They won’t offer past wheel outfits for paid bundle. That’s why we only have outfits that were pay to get in CN/TW this time because the winner will also be pay to get. Last vote event was for a wheel, so we got wheel outfits. I hope that clarifies everything :PotaLove:
