Also, didnt see any limits on Deta.space and I wonder if anyone has any thoughts / experience on using it to host sql server

Thanks, I guess its the best option from all the ones I have seen. But under the Always free tier, I guess I would need to use the ARM based VM as the AMD only has 1 gb ram. And the arm one, sql server would need to run on docker so not sure if that setup would work properly. Let me know if im missing something https://www.oracle.com/au/cloud/free/#always-free
