Cloudflare & PTCL in Pakistan
We have a fair bit of connectivity with PTCL, I can see one in Maintenance that the team is working with them on, but It would be best to raise it with PTCL, there are alot of variables that can impact this and they will be best placed to raise it with us with the correct context for resolution

SSH Tunneling
Are you using cloudflared/warp for this? you need to setup a tunnel for the connection both inbound from your client device, as well as a cloudflared tunnel between the orgin and somewhere in your network, the ssh is then initiated from that cloudflared host to the ssh server (as per the guide Chaika sent )
