Next JS just for frontend / Alternatives
Hi, I am mostly backend engineer and from frontend I know pure JS, TS and some basic React functionality.
I have to rewrite some django apps with jquery to Go and some frontend but I can't use and also don't want SPA so simple React is out.
I will use session authentication with cookies.
Do you have any suggestions what should I choose? Is NextJS just for frontend overkill? Maybe Astro?
Apps mostly contains dynamic forms and data visualization and I have to make it much faster.
Oh and NextJS as backend is not possible as well. Apps will be deployed to vps using docker.
