Standards for useNavigate and useRouter for creating npm package

And i tried just defaulting to just using useRouter in my npm package but then i get an error: Error: NextRouter was not mounted.

so its fixed for me. but seems to still be a railway bug where after u add a domain, set it up, and then delete it the next time u add it, it'll say its configured even though it may not be

Namecheap. Yes, I added the cname to it. But if I go delete the api.my domain.com from railway and the Cname, and then try to re-add the api.mydomain.com on railway, if I just dismiss the modal without adding the cname, railways UI says it’s been setup
